If you want to reduce costs, don’t rebuild the organisation
Fix how decisions move through it because this is where cost actually hides:
- duplicated decisions across teams
- delays waiting for input, approval or data
- unnecessary escalation up the hierarchy
- manual work created around systems and AI
We call this “decision efficiency” but most of it is friction which is expensive. PXB exposes that friction at the decision level.
